Seeking best candidate with marketing education (BS, MA, or MBA) - AND - marketing management experience to be Strategic Marketing Manager.

Some experience in recycling or environmental services industries a plus. Bi-Lingual Spanish/English a plus. Pluses are nice and not necessary to be selected for the role. Three things are necessary, education, experience and a dogged determination and the consistent work style to go with it.

This is a Classic marketing management role, not a sales position, though sales is supported through marketing efforts. Seeking a consistent doer to implement, track, adjust and report on strategic marketing, advertising and public relations activities. Like math, if one does not keep up doing every day, one will fall behind. This can't be sporadic genius nor procrastinate & cram.
